Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga will feature both seated and standing on-the-water poses that will put your balance and core strength to the test. This practice is not recommended for children unless accompanied by an adult (must be 10 and up).
Please use the links below to register for SUP Yoga. Fees for this class are waived if participant has a valid Annual Pass or Day Pass on the date of the class, or for guests providing their own equipment (board, paddle and PFD). Pass holders and guests matching this criteria should call Guest Services at 704.391.3900 to complete registration.
