Morning Power Flow Yoga

Morning Power Flow Yoga will offer intense flowing sequences followed by advanced postures and core strengthening. This intermediate to advanced practice is for those prepared to sweat. This practice is not recommended for children.

Mats will not be provided – please bring your own yoga mat to participate.
