All Levels Flow Yoga offers continuous, steady movement and elements of challenge to keep you focused and inspired. This practice features a series of postures building strength that is suitable for all body types and skill levels, but is not recommended for children 5 and under.
Mats will not be provided – please bring your own yoga mat to participate. Children under the age of 12 will need to be accompanied by an adult.
