Morning Power Flow Yoga

Get your sweat on in this fast-paced flow to awaken and inspire. This is a fitness-based approach to Vinyasa style flow where intermediate and advanced students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. Students will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. You can expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with breath work.

Mats will not be provided but are available to rent for $4. All Levels Flow is suitable for all skill levels but is not recommended for children 5 and under. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

SUP Yoga

Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga is a guided practice out on the Catawba River, putting balance and core strength to the test amidst natural scenery, local wildlife, and the added challenge of floating atop water.

SUP Yoga has a limited capacity and requires registration. Anchor spots are on a first come, first serve basis. SUP Yoga has a fee of $25 unless you have a Day Pass or Annual Pass or are providing your own equipment (board, paddle, PFD, & anchor). Call Guest Services at 704.391.3900 to reserve your spot.

This practice is not recommended for children unless accompanied by an adult (must be 10 and up).

Guests bringing their own board will be allowed to take the class at no cost but are not guaranteed a spot on the anchor system. Day-of registration will be available as capacity allows.

All Levels Flow Yoga

All Levels Flow offers an active flow incorporating core strength, stretching, and breathing in a dynamic moving sequence. This Vinyasa style practice is meant to energize the body and mind while prompting students to be inspired and stay focused on your breath and body. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace.

Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow is designed to increase strength, breath awareness, and flexibility through slow moving sequences and controlled breath. Fusing together movement and body, this Vinyasa style practice focuses on sustaining correct alignment in postures and takes time to explore poses and variations with deeper holds and longer stretches.

Mats will not be provided but are available to rent for $4. Slow Flow is suitable for all skill levels but is not recommended for children 5 and under. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
