This practice focuses on slow, steady breaths that connects every movement of the body. A gentle warm up will lead into a slow flow, topped off with deep twists and longer holds to help keep you relaxed. This practice is suitable for all body types and skill levels, but is not recommended for children 5 and under.
Mats will not be provided – please bring your own yoga mat to participate. Children under the age of 12 will need to be accompanied by an adult.
