Slow and steady… relax and gain some mental clarity during this yoga session. Class starts with a gentle warm up that leads into a slow flow, topped off with deep twists and longer holds to help keep you relaxed. The focus is on slow, steady breath that connects to every body movement. This class is suitable for all body types and practice levels. Children under the age of 12 will need to be accompanied by an adult. This class is not recommended for children 5 and under.
Mats will not be provided – please bring your own yoga mat to participate. Mats are also available for purchase in the Outfitters.
