Start things off on the right foot or relax and unwind from a busy day at Tuck Fest with any of our various yoga sessions. Each 60 minute practice is open to all festival guests and will be led by a local instructor.

Participants should bring: water bottle & yoga mat.

Come out and compete in a fun and safe environment at the Kids Obstacle Challenge. This self-timed race challenges kids to complete out Obstacle Challenge Course, located just below the River Course along the Wilderness Channel. Featuring 10 varying obstacles, this race puts your speed and strength to the test. Kids will finish the race by climbing to the top of the knot rope and ringing the bell. Active parental support is encouraged on the course. Participants must be ages 8-12 and weigh over 45lbs. The Kids Obstacle Challenge begins at the times listed below for each day however times must be turned into the Tuck Fest Info Booth (see festival map for location) by 7:00pm on Friday, 4:00pm on Saturday and 2:00pm on Sunday to be in the running for prizes.

Chase the setting sun as your race through the USNWC trail system in this 5 kilometer race. Taking place on the northern section of the USNWC trail system, this event is perfect for avid and beginner trail runners alike, offering a challenging course in a fun environment. This race will conclude prior to sunset.

It’s time to put your teamwork to the test in the Family Adventure Race, a fun and challenging scavenger-type obstacle race for the entire family throughout the USNWC’s property. Teams must start together, complete each obstacle together, and finish together. A good team strategy will be necessary as obstacles can be completed in any order. The most obstacles completed in the shortest time wins. Teams will comprise of 2 to 5 members.

The sun’s going down, but the adventure is just beginning. Test your physical/mental strength and coordination before and after sunset while attempting to complete this scavenger-type obstacle race. Teams will be challenged to find and complete the obstacles, which will be spread throughout our facility. Teams must start together, complete each obstacle together, and finish together. A good team strategy will be necessary as obstacles can be completed in any order. The most obstacles completed in the shortest time wins. Teams will comprise of 2 to 5 members.

Know your way around whitewater on a SUP? Ready to put your skills to the test? This head-to-head, single elimination race will feature up to six racers per heat navigating their way through a minimum of three mandatory gates on the Wilderness Channel. Scores will be calculated based on finishing order and gate completion, with the winner advancing to the next round.

For all whitewater races, participants must have prior experience on similar whitewater in the same discipline (kayak or SUP). Participants must provide their own equipment.

Mandatory pre-race check-in and pre-race meeting will take place at the Kayak Center 30 minutes prior to the race.

Results

This single elimination, head-to-head kayak race will take place down the class III and IV rapids of the Competition Channel. Each competitor is guaranteed one timed run down the Competition Channel with a minimum of 3 mandatory gates, with up to 6 boaters participating in each heat. Head-to-head runs will follow based on rankings from timed runs, with the fastest competitors advancing to the next round.

For all whitewater races, participants must have prior experience on similar whitewater in the same discipline (kayak or SUP). Participants must provide their own equipment.

Mandatory pre-race check-in and pre-race meeting will take place at the Kayak Center 30 minutes prior to the race.

Boats must be plastic and no longer than 9ft, C1s and K1s will race in the same category.
